Terms of Service

These terms are a plain-language template provided for transparency. Phennexia LLC recommends a qualified lawyer review them for your jurisdiction before relying on them commercially.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AhlaTap website, applications, digital profiles and NFC products (together, the "Service"), operated by Phennexia LLC (Sheridan, Wyoming, United States) ("AhlaTap", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. A company account owner is responsible for the conduct of users they add. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

2. Plans, billing and renewals

The Individual plan is free. The Company plan is billed per seat, in AED, monthly or annually, through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can change seats, upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the in-app billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. NFC cards are sold as one-time purchases.

3. Refunds and cancellation

Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law; cancelling stops future charges. Physical NFC cards are custom-printed to your specification and are non-refundable once production has started, unless they arrive defective, in which case we will replace them.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
upload malware, or attempt to disrupt, probe or reverse-engineer the Service;
send spam, or collect contact details without a lawful basis and consent;
publish unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content on a public profile.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you add to your profiles (text, images, logos, links). You grant us a limited licence to host, display and transmit that content to operate the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload.

6. Lead data

Where the Service captures contacts ("leads") on your behalf, you are the data controller and AhlaTap is the data processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and the necessary consents to collect and process that data. See our Privacy Policy for details and our sub-processor list.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AhlaTap's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; we will post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
